Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use.
