This attic is bright, furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the kitchen you need to cook, a selection of teas available. The accommodation is functional and as described and photos. We didn't meet Luca, but he's very nice and responsive. However, you should know that there are no shutters or blackout curtains on the windows, so the apartment is in full daylight. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you Luca!

A spacious and sunny apartment, with all the comforts and essential services for a stay full of tranquility and comfort. Free parking in the streets adjacent to the entrance of the building. The kitchen is equipped with everything, attention to detail and extreme cleanliness. The large terrace enjoys a wonderful view of the Brescia hills, a natural solarium to be used and a silence in the neighborhood (for those who are not used to living in the chaos of the metropolis) that makes you "unplug". A 15-minute walk will take you to the southern historic center, a must-see with a convenient choice of trattorias and typical Brescian taverns. Frequent public transport, but above all, the cleanliness and general decorum of the city. We'll be back soon. Thank you for everything. Franco and family

We had a great stay in Alessandra's beautiful accommodation. The location is perfect; in a quiet street in the center of Brescia. The accommodation also has a lovely sheltered courtyard and is fully equipped. Alessandra was incredibly sweet and hospitable, she made us feel right at home and was always ready to help. In short: definitely recommended!
