The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful experience! The accommodation was superb, impeccably clean and very well organized. Every detail has been carefully thought out, you can really feel the attention paid to the comfort of travelers. Siraj, the host, was great: very responsive, welcoming and friendly. He allowed us to check in early, which suited us well, and even provided us with a complete guide with the best restaurants and places to discover in the area. For me, it was one of the best Airbnbs I could book, if not the best. And I'm sure that if I come back to Tetouan, I'll book with Siraj again without hesitation. Once again, thank you for everything!

The space was more than satisfactory. Very very clean and nicely decorated. There was Nespresso coffee, a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, a TV in every room and fly screens everywhere. The three of us girls really felt more than just comfortable. This definitely wasn't our last visit! Thank you for everything!

Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. The apartment is good value for money and well located, clean, functional and he gave us an address to go eat in the middle of the night. Great. Thank you again for everything.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

Yasser was a very likeable and accommodating host. The accommodation was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea, which is only a few steps from the front door. My children had a great time in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is just perfect, right across the sea, offering an amazing view. In addition, the proximity to the border of Ceuta (Spain) a few hundred yards away makes the neighborhood extremely secure, with a constant presence of the police and the army 24 hours a day. The building and the neighborhood are remarkably quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to rest, me and my family. The neighborhood is respectful and quiet, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
