In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

Our cabin is located in remote meadows at 900 m above sea level. From the village and the infrastructure so familiar to us all, you are still only 15 minutes away. The beautiful Lake Constance and the high mountains in the rear Bregenz Forest connect directly to the low mountain location. At the hut, our family and guests enjoy the enchanting tranquility. The conversations by the fire invite you to reflect and the children lose themselves in their fantastic worlds around the witch's house.

Unser Haus ist die perfekte Basis für alle, die gerne Zeit in der Natur verbringen. Hier findest du Ruhe und Erholung mitten in der Bergwelt . Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer startest du direkt vor der Haustür zu gemütlichen Wanderungen. Mit der Bregenzerwald Gästekarte nutzt du im Sommer außerdem alle Seilbahnen kostenlos, der Eintritt in die Freibäder ist inklusive. Im Winter erwarten dich Skipisten, Langlaufloipen und schöne Winterwanderwege inmitten der verschneiten Natur.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Willkommen im Herzen des Bregenzerwaldes! Unsere geräumige 109 m² große Ferienwohnung in Mellau bietet Ihnen den perfekten Rückzugsort für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung besticht durch vier geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, ein makelloses Badezimmer, eine zusätzliche separate Dusche sowie ein separates WC. Der Wohnbereich beindruckt mit einer hochwertigen Kochzeile, die keine Wünsche offen lässt sowie einen gemütliche, großßzügigen Essbereich.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

Our RHaa B architect-designed townhouse impresses with quality, minimalism and generous open spaces (3 terraces) with space for up to 10 people (20 people with house A). We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort.
