This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Located within the ancient Corte Forno Sant'Orsola, the stone studio, fully equipped, is just a stone's throw away from the sea and the public beach. Right in the heart of the historic centre, where the ancient communal bakehouse once stood, you immerse yourself in a unique experience, surrounded by stone, history, and the sea, getting lost in the narrow white streets and breathing in the typical air of Apulian historic centres. The area is vibrant yet peaceful, full of restaurants and bars.

It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
