Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

Also very close to supermarket. In one of the best areas in Maspalomas. Perfect location to go to Maspalomas beach, the lighthouse, the best restaurants in Meloneras and even the Yumbo shopping center, with the best gay atmosphere in Europe.
