Beachfront holiday rental in Meloneras, Maspalomas

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. The communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We have always found a good parking space.

Very nice apartment, well located by the sea. The views are great. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. The host responds quickly to questions and is very concerned about people's well-being. I recommend it!

The stay at Philip's bungalow was great. A breathtaking view with a beautiful environment. Philip always responded quickly, kindly and the instructions were clear and easy. The bungalow was very clean, tidy and everything was well arranged even after we booked 1 day in advance last minute on a Sunday & holiday. Philip also arranged a nice surprise for us because we wanted to spend our honeymoon in his bungalow. In short, everything was very satisfactory, we give Philip not 5 but 10 stars! We had a wonderful honeymoon here, if we ever come back it would definitely be here!

We had an absolutely amazing week in Maspalomas! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this destination!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

The apartment is even better than what we expected from the pictures - breathtaking view over the ocean, very modernly furnished and equipped with far more than what one could need during their stay. The check-in was completely smooth with clear instructions and the recommendations we were given for local trips were very helpful! We loved every bit of our stay at this beautiful place and would definitely recommend it! A big thank you to the amazing host.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful seaside view!

A fabulous find: the apartment was in the most perfect location overlooking the sea with the most fantastic sunsets. Furthermore, it was peaceful (you could hear the waves) and lots of quality restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had all the essentials to make the stay an enjoyable one. I would certainly return.

What a little gem. The apartment was perfect for me as a single older lady but would also be ideal for a couple. It had everything I needed and the view and surroundings are to die for. It was quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe both in the apartment and while out and about. The apartment was as described. The bathroom could do with a little update in the shower area and taps etc. There were plenty of towels despite being a little dated. Lots of hot water however, always a plus. The kitchen was great, the view 👌. A bit more crockery would be good, but that's just me. I don't want to wash up every day!!! Fabulous bed with a view and sound of the sea. I slept well every night. I would totally recommend this lovely little oasis with amazing views. I'd have no hesitation returning here. Thank you Christian.

Excellent place to stay with plenty of space and very clean. The air-conditioning is great and needed at night. And our welcome host, Richard was fantastic, warm friendly and full of knowledge about the local areas and resturants. all in all... a great experience and place to stay. l would highly recommend it. we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Laura and Eleazar were offering helping hands, been working on my last minute book request rapidly and tried everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Apartment is very well located, everything reachable by a max 10 min walk! Sometimes at night a bit noisy (but not disturbing). Felt very comfortable from the first minute to the last. Huge thank you to the both of you!

Very well equipped kitchen. Ivan met us at the apartment for check in, also responsive with queries. Lovely views and a short walk down to beach and shops. Great pool but we mostly used the beach. Lovely fish restaurants nearby

Lovely apartment, local restaurants and a spa for groceries, all walking distance. Swimming pools were lovely and quiet, we had a very relaxing break.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week, the place is clean, tidy and has everything that you need to just kick back and relax and enjoy your holiday. The pool is just like the pictures, it was very quiet when we were there, and spotlessly clean. There is a Spar supermarket a 10 minute walk down a very quiet road and in the same shopping centre area there are a couple of good restaurants. We hired a car for our time in Gran Canaria and there was always lots of parking available at all times of the day just outside the apartment. I would highly recommend to other guests. Thanks Diego.

All good and as described. Very clean. Balcony had great views over the the sea and south to the dunes. Balcony was always in shade (we visited in end of April which gave rest from the sun. Always free sunbeds and chairs at pool area to get the sun. Easy walk to beach (using lift) where selection of beach bars and restaurants were found. Had a great stay.

Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Feeling like home. At the time of our trip, the ambiance in the vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. If another trip to Gran Canaria becomes us, we will certainly ask Juan.

I recommend if you don't need a hotel breakfast or other services. Shop nearby...restaurants nearby...taxi nearby...peaceful...good choice if you want to vacation in peace

it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.

Our stay was amazing, the best part was of course the view! Beach is downstairs and plenty beaches walks and buses away. Great supermarkets and plenty restaurants right downstairs and had everything we needed in the apartment and more! Really lovely host and super responsive, do not hesitate to book here our stay was perfect ❤️

Beautiful apartment with beautiful amenities, tastefully decorated and a superb view of the ocean. Located close to beaches and shops , the accommodation met our expectations. When we arrived, it was missing towels for children and some cutlery, but Judith was very responsive to bring us what was missing the next day. We recommend this apartment for a peaceful holiday while staying close to the attractions of the area.

great place to stay at if you like some peace quiet but still close to good restaurants and the beach. the balcony is very nice and spacious, you can see the sea on two sides and there is always shade. the airconditioning was also great!

Karen make us feel at home from the beginning!! Lovely place, peaceful, with a great sea view . 5 minutes walk from the beach, a grocery store also 5 minutes walk.. There is a restaurant that Karen recommended to us( El Capitan) good food for a reasonable price, just down the beach. I would recommend this place to everyone
