Holiday rentals with breakfast in Melton Hill Lake

This places location was perfect for us. The place was unique and perfect for big groups. We absolutely loved the 24 hour pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. Hostess was very responsive and made directions for the place easy.

From asking questions before booking all the way to advising that we had finished our stay, Erin was very attentive, detailed, and helpful with her responses. The place was exactly as described and the pictures were current pictures. Very clean and equipped. The welcome snacks on the counter was a pleasant touch as well. Our next visit to this area, we will check to see what Erin has available.

A wonderful person who makes me want to stay here. More than just a host. A person who cares about feelings and thoughts. Someone I love very much and will always remember. 🥳🥰🤠😊

Loved the place and it was fairly easy to find. I had no issues the entire time. It was exactly where I needed to be and it was nice that the checkin was flexible because we didn't hit as much traffic as we thought we would on the way up there and got in a few hours early.

My second time staying with JoAnn and it was just as delightful as my first time. I absolutely love her location and her beautiful home. JoAnn is such a sweet and friendly young lady. Very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel at home and like you have always known her. Her house is immaculate. Never hear any noise. Such a peaceful place. The bed is so comfortable and relaxing. I slept the best I have in a long time. I was very busy the entire weekend with events I had planned in nearby towns but looking forward to being able to come and stay and not have any plans except to relax and enjoying the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You will be glad you came.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home for a month while our own house was undergoing repairs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches— the kitchen was stocked with drinks, snacks, breakfast items, and even delicious cinnamon rolls that were perfectly baked and just the right amount of gooey. There were also toys and treats waiting for our pets, which they really appreciated. The home was spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, and filled with comfortable, inviting spaces. We especially enjoyed spending time in the dining room and sunroom, where our pets loved watching chipmunks, rabbits, and deer through the large windows. Every part of the house was relaxing and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay or had any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home and highly recommend this property.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Very thoughtful, proactive, responsive, and considerate host. We had an exciting time with all the games she had lined up for her guests.

Staying with Charles and Diane was more than just a getaway — it felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. From the start, they made it clear: this is your home while you’re here. Diane is incredibly kind — she made sure we were well-fed, gave us full access to the kitchen, and never let us lift a finger. Charles’s knowledge of the Smoky Mountains was invaluable. He guided us to serene hikes away from crowds and even captured beautiful moments of my partner and me that we’ll always treasure. And the food — unforgettable. Charles’s quiche alone is worth the trip, and yes, the pancakes are orange-infused and absolutely perfect. Their warmth, care, and attention to every little detail made this one of the most meaningful travel experiences we’ve had. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and new friends. Can’t wait to return.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

We lived our stay! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient to Dollywood and Splash Country. The house and farm are gorgeous. Even on a rainy evening sitting on the porch was very relaxing. The bed and room was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast on the porch was a nice treat. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! This historical beautiful home was stunning! It was comfortable and peaceful and beautiful! I loved sitting on the porch sipping coffee and walking the farm taking in the beautiful views. I loved sitting anything rich with history and this place didn’t disappoint! Syresa was knowledgeable about the history and shared some books about the house and families that built it. The will be staying there again! Friendly and very welcoming family!

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.

Beautiful drive up Wears highway to location. Easy to find, well maintained with great curb appeal. Comfortable room where I felt safe traveling as a single senior women...would return if back in the area.

We had a lovely stay! Syresa and Lonnie were very friendly. They made us feel like we were friends visiting them. The property is beautiful and secluded but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks, Nancy and Rick

We loved our stay here! It’s was a beautiful place to getaway and yet still be close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved the little cottage and Lemuel was an amazing host. He was super helpful and friendly and very responsive. This place is a must book for the price and location! Super easy to find as well! We would love to come back so time for sure!
