Holiday rentals with breakfast in Melun

Apartment is even more spacious than the photos showed. Sabine was quite responsive and flexible. It’s well located and overall a great value for money! The outside area could be even better with some weeds removed but it was great to enjoy the good weather we got in the weekend.

Charming stone house, very pleasant with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Ideal for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the vicinity, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

Excellent stay and very good welcome! The accommodation is great, well-equipped, clean and tastefully renovated. Quiet location and secure parking. Very friendly, accommodating and responsive host. I highly recommend it and will be back with pleasure!

Great spot! Spacious, clean and comfortable! One of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at. The one thing that you should keep in mind is that the beds aren’t huge. You can fit 6 grown up men in there but it is going to be tight.

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is decorated with great taste but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and gives off an atmosphere of tranquility. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angelique is very welcoming and friendly.

The house is spacious, very pleasantly furnished and comfortable. And big pluses for the fantastic garden (with sun in the morning!). You have to be able to be in someone else's house (it is not a holiday home that is mainly rented), but we certainly had no problem with that. Precisely because of that, the house was a lot of atmosphere and it was very child-friendly! The contact with Léonore was very easy and helpful. Absolutely recommended to stay in their home!

The space was clean and modern, it had everything we needed. The place was so spacious compared to other options available, the perfect tranquil escape from the outside business. Would stay here again!

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Check in was easy despite the instructions seeming complicated. Comfortable studio and reasonably quiet. Lots on nice touched like a sleeve of Nespresso coffee capsules, several charging cables ready for use and some snacks. Small but well equipped kitchen. Floriane really went over and above with some of these small touches. Some great little restaurants nearby and great walking on the canal.

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

Amazing accomodation! Great location with access to AMAZING pastries, cheese, and chocolate shops, as well as walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Private, peaceful, and secure. Proactive and communicative hosts who made the stay easy and comfortable. The place just oozed history and a rustic Paris feel that helped us not feel bad for being at home instead of in and around Paris. And, the AC was a godsend for the heat! Definitely recommended and will strongly consider for future visits.

Even in advance, we were very warmly provided with a lot of helpful information about the journey from the airport to the apartment as well as great information about the surroundings. At the station, Amandine greeted us personally and explained everything about the apartment. We lacked nothing and the apartment is very conveniently located to easily reach all sights by train and metro. We felt completely comfortable and would return there on a new trip to Paris.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

we were very hospitably received by the hostess, our dog was also very welcome. we had a wonderful meal and despite the language barrier, we had a nice chat with Josette and her husband. We recommend everyone to stay here once, it is a beautiful location and very welcoming host. we'd love to come back.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.
