Jane is amazing, always responding to everything in less than a minute, the place is more than amazing, clean, beatiful, keyless access, ton of amenities inside. More than 100% recommended place to be.

Amazing place. Quite safe neighborhood. Great AC. Enough towels and everything for everyone. I wished they had more coffee cups ad there was only 3. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Lydia was a fantastic host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located in a luxury gated complex that felt very safe, and the community was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

Honestly had a really solid stay here. The spot was clean, felt comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. No weird surprises or anything. The host was chill and quick to reply if I had a question, which I appreciated. Location was pretty clutch too—close to what I needed but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, everything went smooth and I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

This was my second time booking with Brianna and it was another great experience. She is extremely responsive and is very helpful. The apartment was also very clean and smelled great as soon as you walk in. The apartment building is very nice and convenient. I would stay here again and again.

Alyn and Nesty’s Place was such a gem of a find! We spent the weekend in Houston for a concert and this was about a 10-15 minute walk to NRG. It was in such a nice complex. It was easy to find and check in was smooth. I felt so safe! The perk was also garage parking with very secure access only. The apartment was so clean and smelled so lovely. I hope to stay here again! Great, responsive and accommodating hosts!

My stay was amazing I came in town for my birthday with family and we felt right at home. The place looked just like the pictures and was so clean and put together. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!!

Andrew’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what hubby and I needed for little quick getaway! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so easy commute to anything “Houston”. We were in town to see Nate Jackson so we only had about a 9 min commute to our venue which was great! We ate at our favorite breakfast spot “Toasted Yolk” which was also only about a 8 min commute. Andrew was also always very responsive for any questions/concerns we had! Andrew’s place is exactly as it’s described, the backyard space is impeccably decorated and provides many different seating and lounging options. You have the option to use the bikes in storage (we didn’t, simply because we were just loving the backyard - we’re outdoors people) but definitely take a ride if you’re free and explore! The neighborhood is up and coming and very quiet, we definitely felt safe. The security/privacy fence also adds to that level of comfort as well. All in all if you’re ever in the Houston Area book Andrew’s place!

We had the most wonderful time at this house. From the moment we open the door everything was perfect. First impression was how clean and organized everything was. The place smelled so good.

Ann is an incredible host who always makes sure my family has everything we need. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Her communication is prompt and thoughtful, which made the entire experience stress-free. I’ve stayed at a few of her properties now, and the consistency in quality and care is unmatched. Me and my friend have shared this Airbnb for an convention and we all loved the space and location even though there was construction throughout the area and the driveway was very steep, and had an issue with exactly how many guest have come in the place but we had discussed it and resolved the issue, I appreciate them and the place would recommend to anyone

We had a great stay. Cesar was a very friendly and responsive host to us. We felt right at home, as our kids slept really well. The location has convenient access to everything. Restaurants, groceries, highways to get to other places. Since my parents live in Houston, we will be back often. My kids said they always want to stay here whenever we visit.

The apartment and bungalow provided the perfect stay for my husband and I and another couple for a 2 night stay for a wedding we attended. We appreciated the care taken to restore the beautiful home and apartment in the historic neighborhood.

We booked this stay for my now-husband and his friends to get ready in for our wedding ceremony. Marie had a bouquet of flowers with a kind note on the counter for us. She was VERY responsive and personable. Lots of space, great location, and very clean! Definitely recommend and would book again.

Brandon was an exceptional host—attentive, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. I now understand why this place books up so quickly! The space was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for my family to feel right at home. Brandon even went above and beyond by helping us load our belongings into our Uber when it was time to leave. The location is fantastic, with great food spots and activities just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again—he truly sets the bar for what it means to be a great host.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

We loved the place and it had everything you needed! Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee machine was great! There was Dunkin Donut coffee that the machine ground fresh. There were many amenities and toiletries! There was even a first aid kit! We used the pool and towels that were provided. We had the pool all to ourselves and it was pretty clean except for June Bugs, which are normal for this time of year! All in all it’s a great place and would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at several of the host’s places, and this was one of my favorite stays. The decorative Artwork gives the space a timeless feel; the layout with both front and back patio entrances creates a welcoming atmosphere. I reported a small TV glitch, and it was replaced instantly!! Also, a delayed package was kept safe from a previous stay 🤩 Max and his team are truly amazing: clean, attentive, and perfectionists in every detail.

We enjoyed our stay! Check-in instructions were very thorough and responsiveness to our questions was great. Would stay here again.
