Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

This is the second year we've stayed at Andree-Anne's for our annual golf tournament. The place is perfect for us and if we play in Estrie again in the next few years, we will go to Andree-Anne's!!

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time. So private and such beautiful outdoors.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The kids were so happy to return back, especially for the pool. We went earlier this year compared to last so they were a bit disappointed there would be no wild berry picking but the disappointment quickly disappeared when we got to watch people parasailing from the mountain view right in our “backyard” and even got to watch them land next door to us. Such a beautiful spot. Close to the local ice cream shop and a little park with a playground that we checked out this time and of course only 15 minutes from the zoo. We are already talking about returning again next year!

Weekend with the family at this cottage! The place is beautiful, both the cottage and the grounds! Very close to Owl's Head ski mountain. The hot tub is super big. The wood-burning fireplace is really nice, we just need to bring our wood! Everything is thought out for a great stay with family or friends! Thanks again for hosting us! Annie answers our questions quickly and is happy to do so!

Everything was perfect! Close to Parc de la Yamaska (15 min by car), the purpose of our tour for hiking and fat biking and very close to Ganby, we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is available in the kitchen. With 4 bedrooms, it was perfect for 4-8 adults. Towels and room dress in more than enough quantities, allowed us to make more frequent getaways to the SPA! We really enjoyed spending the weekend st Stephanie's. It is a beautiful, clean and specious house. The kids really enjoyed spending time in the game zone and loved the variety of dvds available. I strongly recommend the house to spend a quiet vacation with friends and family!

Outstanding and Sophisticated Decor A Host Who Tries Very Much to Please

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

We had a nice 2 days with the family. The house is large and up to date, well located, it was warm and peaceful. The ducks on the lake and the sunset made this stay more enjoyable. Looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful three days in Brad's house. It is a perfect peaceful getaway with spectacular views of the lake. The house was super clean and very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We hiked part of the Long Trail at Jay Peak, biked the beautiful path on from Newport to Derby on the east side of the lake, enjoyed the restaurants in Newport and attended Mass as the beautiful St Mary Star of the Sea Church. It was delightful stay! We hope to visit again!

Absolutely spectacular. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Gorgeous location, even better than the pictures. Very nice house. Super reasonable and flexible. Provided firewood and camp chairs. One thing to be aware with the house is that the king bed and air hockey room are open to each other, with no curtains/blinds on the sliding door there, and you have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to the ground level bathroom. Works best if a couple with kids takes the king bed, and the kids take the bunks. Bunk bed room and bathroom have no windows and are a bit stuffy. Limited control over the HVAC (it was set to heat and I couldn't change it to a/c, but I never messaged to ask). There is no insulation or sound proofing between floors and walls so sound really carries. And some rooms need blinds/curtains to block the morning sunlight. Other than these few mild complaints this is an absolutely stunning location and awesome host and I would love to return some day. Thanks Patricia!

The cottage is very cozy, relatively spacious, and well-equipped. The hot tub is a big plus. The area is quite. More farmland than country-side. Communication was easy and we really appreciate that the host let us check in early and check out late (thanks!) Two things to note: 1) It can be smelly due to the presence of a large farm; 2) There is a recently opened shop next to the property, which reduces its privacy (though it is only open on Sunday). Recommended!

Our family of four (and pup) enjoyed staying at Michael's place. We loved the scenery, quietness and the fire pit for evening relaxation. And Owl's Head ski resort was a very short drive from the cottage! It was a great ski trip overall! Thanks for all! Lisa and Family

Perfect place. Our family was very comfortable there. Extra touch, like having a Christmas tree up in living room, made an even greater experience. Branden was super quick with responses and helpful.

Well-equipped and comfortable chalet with a great veranda where you can eat, read and relax. Near Knowlton, Bolton and Mansonville. We recommend it!

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great! The house was nice and clean, the host was easy to contact. We had everything we needed right inside the home, we felt right at home while travelling with our newborn. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️
