Such a lovely flat - amazing location, just a few minutes walk to everything) and great parking. The flat itself was perfect - really clean and tidy and comfy. Rebecca was quick to answer when we had a question, and really friendly and helpful. The beds were lovely and comfy and the towels etc all really great quality. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Gill and Brian are superb hosts. Extremely helpful but never intrusive. The apartment is beautifully appointed and the fixtures and fittings are very high quality. It's a perfect location to explore the whole peninsula. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon. Nick & Jane.

What an absolutely gorgeous apartment and location with the sight and sound of the sea at your back door. A rare find indeed and one that we will happily return to.

We have had the most wonderful week staying at Alan's flat. The location was brilliant for walking to both Llandudno beaches and surrounding town. Great that there was designated parking too. location was easy to find and clear instructions for finding parking and getting in to the flat Bedrooms were great set up for our family and the whole flat was spacious and homely. Alan was responsive to any queries we had. Great folder with local recommendations - had a brilliant curry from Blue Elephant after reading the recommendation. We spent every day on the beaches and weve come home rested and refreshed.

Jon was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment is ideally located just a minute off the promenade. There are local shops just round the corner and we felt safe and comfortable. The flat is spacious and comfortable, well equipped and family & pet friendly. Our grandkids loved it so much, they asked if we could come back in the summer! Thanks Jon!

Fantastic place to stay just a very short walk to a gently shelving beach and a short walk into the centre of town , the house itself is a great family /couples place to stay with a lovely feel to it , big dinning kitchen(with an island in)which via doors flows into the front room with both rooms having sliding doors onto a lovely patio(sun all day)and nice sized private and safe(for young kids)garden…then you have 5 good sized bedrooms(2 really big ones with en suite)with a family bathroom and downstairs toilet…you are left wanting for nothing in the house everything is thought of and well laid out , all in all a great place to stay highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s place. The views were stunning and it was very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, so made the most of the balcony. The house was spotlessly clean, was furnished nicely and the bathroom was gorgeous. This house is a perfect location for seeing other places in North Wales! We hope to visit again one day!

I stayed with 3 friends and the house is absolutely beautiful. It has been decorated with tender loving care, with so much thought to the people who would be staying there, a definite home from home, we really didnt want to leave. The house is in an excellent position right in the heart of Llanberis with restaurants , cafes and takeaways within walking distance. Excellent communication with Paul and Ceri. Definitely would recommend this place you wont be disappointed. We give it 110%......we cant wait to come back and stay again.

An amazing location with peace and tranquility all around. On arrival we were greeted by Frances and a Barn Owl! We were made to feel very welcome despite our late arrival. Frances was on hand for all our needs. The location had all the local amenities, coast and little boutique shops all around. Loved it!

We had a great short stay here. We’d stayed in the village before so knew what to expect. The property was clean, tidy and had everything you could want, along with amazing views. We contacted Christy a couple of times just to clarify some details and we always had a quick response. Looking forward to returning.

Fabulous property with plenty of space for the family in a beautiful setting. Great location with easy access to the coast, snowdon, Anglesey and portmeirion as well as many castles.

We had a great stay here. Jill was really friendly and so helpful whilst we were there, always on hand to answer any queries! We chose this as our base before climbing Snowdon (short 30 min drive to the Ranger path). It was also brilliant and unique in that it had a hotel attached which my parents stayed in. The accommodation itself has three really good sized bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen and extremely spacious lounge. Powerful showers too! The restaurant attached to the hotel was adequate, if a little expensive, but very convenient so you don’t need to venture out too far. All in all a fab stay and would recommend, great value too!

Lovely apartment with homely feel. Everything has been thought about. Arrival gift of foodstuffs very welcomed as didn’t need to rush to shop. Great communication throughout. Would recommend this place.

Chris' place at Penmaenmawr in the Conwy area North Wales was so very lovely. I have used airbnb several times in the past and cleanliness is one of the top comments I look for. This place did not disappoint and may be the cleanest I have ever booked. The view is SO AWESOME, and the beds were very comfortable. The close proximity of the highway made it easy to get around. The cleanliness is so sparkling! I cannot say enough. Would love to stay here again.

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

We had a lovely Xmas stay at High Tide. The place was cosy and warm with stunning views. We were welcomed with Christmas decorations mince pies and barabrith and a helpful pint of milk in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the corner sofa. I LOVED the fish lamps. This property is perfect for walking to Beaumaris high street and enjoying everything it has to offer. Many apologies for forgetting to write in the visitors book! Thanks again.

Just returned from a very comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean, a short walk to the beach and the train station and ideal base for us to explore North Wales from.

The apartment is in an absolute beautiful location overlooking the Menai Straights and around a 10 minute drive from Bangor. The Menai Straights are literally across the road! The view from lounge and bedroom of the apartment is just stunning. The apartment is finished in a clean modern style and is well equipped. Rebecca is very helpful, quick to respond to any queries and has left plenty of information for local attractions and things to do in the area. There are plenty of places to visit and lots to do. The local pub is only a few steps away and the food when we went was first class. Definitely worth a visit. There is plenty of on street parking outside the property. We didn't have any problems getting a space. We will definitely be interested in staying there again.

We had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect for a couples weekend away with our dog and was the ideal base for exploring the outdoors nearby! Perfect size and had everything we needed, very attentive host, nothing was too much trouble.

As soon as we checked in we both agreed that we hadn't booked for long enough. We will definitely be back. Loved the apartment, the view is stunning and the area is great
