This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Great stay! No complaints other than I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We were there less than 24 hours as a drive through trip but the host thought of everything from firewood, dog bags, coffee, etc.

We stayed at Mark's place for a Packer game (close 30-45 minute drive to Green Bay). Cute home, neighborhood, super clean, comfy mattresses, all in all a wonderful experience. Only thing to be aware of, if you're concerned about things like this, is that the only cookware was non-stick that was extremely scratched up. I'm okay with non-stick in an Airbnb if the condition is better, but these weren't. Just something to be aware of. All in all, this is a 5 star place, highly recommend.

Nick was very accommodating with allowing a short-notice reservation. This was a great location for us, being only 6 minutes from ThedaCare plus being in the river (nice views), and close to many stores & restaurants. It really worked out perfect for us. The property was clean and we enjoyed the fireplace and chatting around the dining table (very comfortable chairs). The beds were comfortable and one bedroom has a large desk with multiple outlets which was great for setting up my laptop.

Appleton's Oldest House Built in 1851

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt like we were in a museum - it was a clean, beautiful home that captured an authentic and nostalgic feeling. I can honestly say that it is the cleanest Airbnb house that we’ve ever been to. It’s so well-stocked, and we had no problem finding everything we needed for our stay. My 2 high school sons loved Thomas’s place as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Appleton area!
