Le Coeur de Marguerite à Menat

"Le Coeur de Marguerite" has been converted into a cottage in the heart of the Combrailles in an old barn. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Troglodyte-style dwelling, the accommodation offers a direct view of the property's pond. Peaceful oasis, the quiet of the countryside without any neighbors in a rental equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. Each room has a view of the pond. If you want to recharge your batteries, this is the place! Located 5 minutes from St Eloy Les Mines and Gorges de la Sioule. Fishing is allowed (equipment is not provided), according to the principle of no-kill fishing. Thank you.

Charming and family-friendly mill

Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

En Auvergne, au coeur de la nature, venez profiter de ce superbe gîte à l'ambiance "Seventies" d'une surface de 70 m2, entièrement équipé pour 4 personnes. Terrasse extérieure équipée avec vue sur la vallée. Aire de jeux, trampoline, terrain de pétanque, piscine chauffée, VTT électriques, soirée pizza... Situé sur la commune de Menat dans les Combrailles (Puy-de-Dôme), proche des Gorges de la Sioule.

Yvonne's Home

Set in a peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside, you will stay in a house from the 60s, completely renovated with a wooded garden. This home has three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds). We provide duvets, pillows and bath towels. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. If you would like to provide linens, you will be asked for an additional €5 per bed (dimensions indicated after booking).

LaKaverne Country House

Come and spend a warm moment in this beautiful little house and relax in its sauna. Here, we heat with wood in the house as in the sauna. (wood is provided) the accommodation is for 2 people (possibility of adding an extra bed for 1 person) sheets, towels and towels for the sauna are included. As well as the basics: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo.

Chez Valouca

Ideal for 2 people, Valouca has been fully renovated and furnished and has an internet box. You will find all the necessary amenities and the expected comfort while being close to shops, restaurants and the market (Thursday morning). We provide sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing and cleaning products.

Simple but very functional renovated apartment located in a quiet area. The location is ideal, close to shops and all the tourist places in the area (Charroux, Gorges de la Sioule, Eiffel Viaduct, and Paleopolis). Nature lovers can practice mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, and trail running.

Our Malmouche property is located in a small hamlet, surrounded by nature, on the heights of the Sioule Valley, in the heart of the Combrailles, 15 minutes from the A71 (Paris) and A89 (Bordeaux) highways, 55 minutes from the Vichy city SNCF train station, 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand airport.
