Our house is 300 meters from İpekkum Beach. (Our house is 5 minutes on foot to İpekum Beach, which is famous for its silky sand.) It is 30 minutes from Seferhisar-Kuşadası and Selçuk-Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar & Kuşadası.) You can also get there in 45 minutes from Cumaovası by bus number 776. You can reach Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station, which is just 1 stop away from Adanan Menderes Airport. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot water and TV.

Our spacious 2+1 apartment located on the main street in the center of Özdere is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Ideal for children, very close to the public beach with sandy and shallow sea.
