Our villa is 35 minutes away from the ancient city of Ephesus by car and our villa has a mustakil entrance. It is on the sea side and 200 meters from the beach. While the ground floor consists of kitchen and lounge, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom, 1 bedroom in the loft and a large terrace. 2 rooms have 2 double beds, 1 room has 2 double beds, 1 room has 3 single beds. The house has mosquito nets on all doors and windows. There are 3 air conditioners and wifi in the house. All white goods and kitchen utensils are available.

özdere beachfront apartment

Our spacious 2+1 apartment, located on the main street in the center of Özdere, is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Ideal for children, it is very close to the sandy and shallow sea public beach. It can accommodate a total of 4 adults with a double bed, a single bed, sofa beds in the living room and an extra bed. Dishwasher and washing machines, air conditioning, complete kitchen utensils can be used. There is a table for four people on the large balcony. Our building offers the comfort of a two-story, quiet, and peaceful detached house.

Vacation home 2 directly on the sea (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK)

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

Garden floor close to the sea

You can relax with your nuclear family at this peaceful place to stay. It is 2 stops, about 1 km away from Özdere Aviators Camp. Located in a very modern neighborhood, 250 meters from the sea, this garden floor is a completely independent area. There are tangerine and olive trees in front. It stays quite cool in the summers and is enjoyable to stay in. There is a grocery store and Tekel dealership 150 meters from the house. Migros, A101, Bim and Sok are 800 meters away. The sea is immaculate and wonderful.
