Our summer house, which is 30 meters from the blue flag Çukuraltı beach and within walking distance to chain markets and all kinds of needs, will provide an unforgettable holiday experience for families with its sea view and large garden. We have prepared an ideal house for you to enjoy a barbecue with a sea view or tea with the scent of citrus trees. Our beach is suitable for children to play comfortably and has a sandy and shallow structure.

Zeytincik Farm - the only house in a 50-acre garden

We are on a 50-acre plot 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside, and a fireplace inside. You can play music with a professional sound system until the nationwide music ban starts. After the curfew starts, you can continue to play music with a home speaker. There are grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants nearby.
