Monthly Rentals in Mendez

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

Just had stay for this transient for 2 days and 2 nights and it was very terrific. I love how responsive the host is and they provide mostly all the items that I needed. It's convenient that they had a honesty store inside.

Perfect yung view sa taal and clean naman yung place. Well provided yung mga needs namin na akala namin wala hehe. Thank you host. Looking for more time to visit again in your unit.

The place was clean and the caretaker was accommodating. Will use this place again.
