Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. It is a detached villa with a pool in Foça, Izmir. It is a furnished 2+1 apartment with a 4x12 meter pool where a family of 6 can stay. Both rooms have air conditioning. It is located 5 minutes from Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, 5 minutes from Egekent İzbana, and 1 minute on foot from the tram stop and the industrial zone entrance. There is no cooking in the house. The natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
