This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

A charming home in the heart of Burgundy!

The cottage is an old house entirely renovated with taste, highlighting the original materials: beams and exposed stones, stone floor and terracotta. It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.

Renovated and modern old farmhouse. Escape us to our home under the stars. Following several messages and requests, we want to let you know that the place you rent is not shared at all. When you rent from us you will be the only ones to be there. The only people likely to be there are the caretaker and his wife, who are there to take care of the animals and the places. Neither your presence nor theirs will be inconvenient.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet as well as a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.
