Cottage (French Chateau with private 47ha forest)

Maison en pierre indépendante, dans le jardin ouest du Château. De la terrasse, vous pouvez vous balader directement dans les bois privés de 47 hectares. Piscine de 9 x 4 mètres à quelques pas (ouverte en principe du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Il y a un poêle à bois (bois inclus) + chauffage electrique. Wifi depuis la maison, mais il y a également un bon signal 4G. Pensez "débranché, retour à la nature/à l'essentiel", à l'air pur, etc. Ski possible Le Lioran a 45min pendant janvier/fevrier/mars.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Upstairs, two bedrooms and a washroom with toilet. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or friends... You can go dip your feet to the river which is just a short walk from the house or have a barbecue... Otherwise come and chat with the neighbors

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.

Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. This small house, for 2 people, completely renovated is located in the charming village of Menet (small city of character) in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. We have carefully carried out this renovation, wishing each guest a warm stay and maximum comfort. We'll be happy to host you and introduce you to Cantal... The house must be kept clean. During the summer period, reservation is only by the week.
