It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Unique cave house in Mani, Greece

Restored traditional cave with respect to the history and architecture of Mani. The 400-year-old in-cave suite offers a unique experience to guests, combining the authenticity of the cave with modern amenities. The building is made entirely of stone in a traditional Mani style. Inside, you will find an authentic rock carving, discreetly illuminated, which was revealed and highlighted during the careful restoration of the space.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
