This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!

The house has three ensuite bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In addition there is a smaller bedroom on the main level that is outfitted with a very comfortable queen sized futon. That bedroom is not en-suite but there is a half-bath nearby. A large porch is at the front of the house, and a walkout deck is in the back.
