Welcome to our private, 3-bed, 2-bath, villa in Cala 'n Porter! Our updated beach house offers a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, chill-out roof terrace, BBQ, bath towels, bed linens, exercise equipment, washer and dryer, books, games, an office workstation, and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from many bars/restaurants and the local grocery store. This is our vacation home, and it holds a special place in our hearts. We hope you feel right at home too!

Bon Somni - Private Villa

Bon Somni is a villa full of character, located just outside the resorts centre and all the restaurants and cafes and only a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, open plan living area, which spills onto a sunny terrace, perfect for alfresco dining and morning Mediterranean breakfasts. There is a private swimming pool, Hot Tub and a built-in kitchen BBQ. The villa is very clean, welcoming and stylish inside and very comfortable option.

Beautiful villa with great views of the Bay of Fornells, in a very quiet residential area, 100 meters from the coast. It has a private pool, nice garden and AC. It consists of two floors: the first with living room, kitchen with office, pantry, a laundry room with patio, a double bedroom,a full bathroom and outdoor dining room. The lower one has the main room, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, 2 single and 1 double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Beautiful Duplex by the sea in Cala Santandria

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Capacity for 3 people, but you could check with children, depending on their ages. Great care has been taken with the decoration and infrastructure. It's great for couples and families. The location is unbeatable: a few meters from the beautiful cove of Santandriá where you can walk (five minutes). You can also visit Ciutadella, a unique place in the Mediterranean, a five-minute drive away. And its pool is spectacular.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
