The windows in the living room slide over each other and the balcony is completely open to the sea. In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated Jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax with a book or a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean view. One of them is completely glazed, creating a spacious and bright area. Both the windows in the living room and those of the two rooms have automatic opaque mats to create privacy between one area and another when it comes to sleeping. The two beds in the rooms are 150x190 with good, firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels in your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples, and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine, and Mediterranean lifestyle. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November.
