The work has transformed it into a modern residence, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, including for people with reduced mobility (armchair). Also enjoy its bioclimatic veranda (2025) or its wood-burning stove (living room) and gas stove (veranda), which is highly appreciated during the cold season. Linen provided. 2 hours from Paris, close to: - Guédelon Medieval Castle, - Château de Saint Fargeau with its sound and light show - Saint Amand en Puisaye, capital of pottery, - Ratilly Castle, - Saint Sauveur-en-Puisaye. All amenities within walking distance: grocery store, post office, café, tobacco shop, bakery.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Majèle's Sanctuary

Majèle's refuge is a property located in La Chapelle Saint André, 5 km from Varzy, 45 km from Sancerre golf course, 30 km from the medieval site of Guédelon, 40 km from the Basilica of Vézelay and close to the Étang du Bourdon, Saint-Fargeau, Saint-Amand and 60 km from Nevers or Auxerre. Guests can enjoy its pond for fishing and the many hiking trails. A shelter is available for all 2-wheelers.
