Ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen + a bathroom with toilet. Floor: mezzanine sleeping area with 160 cm double bed. Basement: cellar. Outside: small fenced garden. Set in a small rural hamlet of about ten houses. Accommodation located in a central position, close to A89, Tulle, Brive and Ussel. Gimel-les-Cascades 5 min.

The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways, accessible in less than 15 min. We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Located at the bottom of our property, you are totally independent.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.

Semi-buried cabin

I built this semi-buried and vegetated cabin in the middle of nature, 1.5 km from the center of Argentat, using mainly wood taken from the site or from my forests. Bordered by a small communal path only accessible to pedestrians, the place is peaceful. Only 2 other cabins about 50 meters apart occupy this place.
