Holiday rentals with a sauna in Menton

Stephane was waiting on my daughter and me when we arrived to let us in, show us around, and answer any questions. He was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the place, great location, and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you Annie and Stephane!!

Wunderschöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und herrlicher Aussicht – auf der einen Seite das Meer, auf der anderen die beeindruckenden roten Felsen des Esterel-Gebirges. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Resort in Cap Esterel ist sehr gepflegt, voller Blumen und bietet alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, kleine Läden, Bäcker, Freizeitangebote – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und preislich fair. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, kostenlose Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Viele schöne Orte wie Cannes, Saint-Raphaël oder malerische Küstendörfer erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto. Besonders danken möchten wir unseren Gastgebern Olivier und Charles – sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit! Ett varmt mottagande av pappan då vi kom dit utan vårt bagage, han promenerade med oss till affären så att vi kunde köpa nödvändigheter. Lägenheten är ren och allt man behöver finns. Ett stort plus för fint poolområde.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

Très joli gîte dans un superbe environnement et petites attentions des propriétaires 😜 Beaucoup de petits espaces extérieurs où se poser pour lire, prendre un verre. Ou tout simplement contempler la nature. La vue est splendide ! Une rivière en contre bas est aussi à découvrir. Les animaux des propriétaires : chatte et chienne sont aussi affectueuses. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce lieu dommage que le temps n'était pas au rv pour nous. Mauvais timing !

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Rosa a Mentone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dai supermercati, dal mercato di Mentone e da tutti i servizi. La vista mare è splendida e la spiaggia si trova proprio sotto casa! L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione: spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, come macchina Nespresso, tostapane, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ombrellone e sdraio per la spiaggia. Noi eravamo in tre ed è stato perfetto. Molto comodo anche il garage (a pagamento) situato proprio sotto l’appartamento, una vera rarità a Mentone dove trovare parcheggio non è facile! In più c’è anche la TV con Netflix e il Wi-Fi veloce. Rosa è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per un soggiorno comodo e rilassante a Mentone!

Patricia’s spot was perfect for a five day stay during Cannes Lions. 12 min walk to Hotel Martinez, 18 min to the Majestic/Palais. AC in both the living space and bedroom, which was much needed with how hot it was. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and very clean accommodations. Highly recommend if you will be gone during ‘working hours’ with a note that there are currently extensive renovations happening in an adjoining unit during the day. Amenities were good, but be prepared to replace any supplies that end during the stay. Alain is a very fast and consistent communicator- much appreciated! Wonderful property- definitely recommend.

Stayed in this amazing place 2 months ago and had to come back! Its simply wonderful. Will come back again. The host, area, amenities, view… its wonderful. Five stars.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Bordighera dans cet appartement de grande qualité, aux finitions soignées et à la décoration élégante. L’accès est facile, la vue est tout simplement magnifique, et le cadre très paisible. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Il a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à sa gentillesse et à son attention aux détails. Un vrai coup de cœur pour le spa intérieur qu’il propose en option : un espace de bien-être parfaitement pensé, avec une ambiance relaxante et la possibilité de profiter de massages professionnels sur place. C’est une véritable expérience sensorielle à ne pas manquer ! La piscine et le jacuzzi, inclus dans le séjour, complètent à merveille ce lieu déjà exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

An unforgettable stay 5-10 minutes from the center of Cannes! The apartment was spotless and perfectly located. The balcony view was absolutely stunning—sipping morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean was a highlight. Margot David & the host team were available for any questions. Het was de vierde keer in het appartement, we waren heel tevreden! Het is een fijn appartement, alles is aanwezig, het is schoon, heel rustig en aan het strand. Wij komen volgend jaar weer :-)

Superbe petit appartement, idéal pour une petite famille. L’appartement était impeccable. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Marie-Hélène qui est très sympathique. La résidence est très bien entretenue, la piscine intérieur, le sauna et le hammam sont super. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal : proximité de la mer, de la supérette et des rues piétonnes. Les prestations sont aussi à la hauteur : climatisation, piscine avec grande terrasse, grand parking privé, vue du balcon (mer et montagne). Ce séjour à Menton a vraiment été une réussite. Je recommande et je renouvellerai cette expérience !!!

L’appartamento è super in tutto…. arredato con cura, ogni confort presente…. fatichi ad uscire di casa talmente è unica…. Unica con il suo terrazzo con la vista sul mare dove lo sguardo non smette di ammirare…. Puoi trascorrere del piacevole tempo nella Jacuzzi proprio sul terrazzo…. Una vera poesia!!! Comodo in tutti i sensi …. parcheggio, ascensore, aria condizionata, negozi e alimentari sotto casa oltre ad ottimi ristoranti Il mare che apprezzi dalla magnifica casa è a due passi da questa…. Spiagge libere ma anche con la possibilità di affittare lettino e ombrellone…. pranzi sulla bella baia di ciottoli…. Marie France è stata gentile, premurosa e reattiva…. Ha lasciato per noi dei piccoli e apprezzati doni, persino al nostro cane Olga ha fatto un dono… L’unica cosa triste è andarsene ma lasci l’appartamento con il cuore appagato e felice ! Grazie di tutto

Pauline is a very kind, knowledgeable and proactive host. She was very attentive to us during our stay and even before to make sure we were ready to climb the long and winding road up to the hamlet of Bergue. The views from here are breathtaking. The location is very peaceful and very convenient for hiking in the surrounding area and enjoying a glass of rosé on the terrace.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Kindlasti tuleb Apricola puhul arvestada, et autoga ei pääse majutuskoahel liiga lähedale ja kõndimine mägistel vanalinna tänavatel võib olla veidi keeruline. Samuti tuleb majutuskohas sees arvestada järskude treppidega, kuid majutus on suurepärane - puhas ja kaasaegne. Samuti see, et igas ruumis on konditsioneer ning õhtuid aitab sisustada Netflix. Ainus mure oli meil prügi ära viimisega - me ei leidnud koheselt avalikuks kasutuseks mõeldud konteinereid.

Un vrai cocon pour un moment à deux ! Tout était parfait : jacuzzi, sauna, billard, éclairages d’ambiance, sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux et la propreté irréprochable. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
