Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Apartment in a unique location

This apartment (2024) is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

My accommodation is classified three stars by Gîtes de France, located in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, five minutes from the center of Barcelonnette, close to the mountains, the winter sports resorts of Pra Loup and Sauze. You will appreciate the calm, comfort, exceptional view, brightness and charm of the old stones. My place is very well heated in winter, cool in summer, perfect for families and groups of friends. In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

The apartment has a living room with relaxation area (TV, single sofa bed 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and shower, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 1 person) and a terrace.

T3 in St Pons on the ground floor

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities (Lidl, casino, Biocoop, bakery...). You have access to the garden and picnic table (vegetable garden spaces are provided so: ball games, balloons, Frisbee... are prohibited!). A city stadium, skatepark and bowling greens are nearby. A ski room is available. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked under cover. Beds are fitted with sheets. Towels are not provided.

Hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing trails are accessible from the accommodation as is the Col Agnel route, ideal for cycling or a trip to Italy.
