Situated on the second floor (no elevator), you'll arrive at the apartment where I hope you can enjoy the wonderful city of Cádiz without needing a car, strolling through its pedestrian streets. Being an interior apartment, it's very peaceful for relaxing.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

A 3 bedroom traditional apartment that has recently been lovingly refurbished. We kept its traditional charm but added high-end modern features. A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Very cheerful and bright apartment with large windows overlooking C/ Sacramento. It has a separate bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed and a built-in closet inside the room. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large sofa bed for 2 people. It extends to the back, where there is a spacious kitchen that is perfectly equipped with kitchenware and appliances to make you feel at home. At the back, there is a bathroom.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Nearby, less than 5 min. away you have interesting Monuments , Plazas and Iglesias and 10 min away is the famous La Caleta beach. The house has a lot of natural light and tranquility, ideal for rest. In the terrace you can have a great evenings!!!!
