Located at the street and with an intimate interior patio, it is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy the charm of Denia. The Green House I will be your new home in Denia. This charming apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and kitchen open to the living/dining room. It is located on a ground floor and has direct access from Calle San Pascual, a quiet and quiet street. Please note that you will need to climb a step that raises the main entrance. Upon entering, the living area follows the concept of open space integrating the living room with the dining room and kitchen with an American bar. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker... The apartment also has a washing machine and iron, TV, as well as air conditioning splits in the bedrooms and living/dining room. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The arrear country deserves to be visited and a pair of golf courses of 18 holes is very close. Dénia is ideal to come any time of the year due to our SUNNY AND MILD WEATHER mainly all the yearlong. May, June and September are ideal, with calm summer weather. Fallas festivities (March 15-19) are obliged to be seen and enjoyed, at least once in life as it is UNIQUE AND SPECTACULAR. If you want to escape from rain and coldness, this part of Spain will be a remedy against any kind of gloominess and depression. We will respond to any inquiry.
