In the heart of the historic center and only 15' from the sea, this cozy renovated apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Located at the street and with an intimate interior patio, it is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy the charm of Denia. The Green House I will be your new home in Denia. This charming apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and kitchen open to the living/dining room. It is located on a ground floor and has direct access from Calle San Pascual, a quiet and quiet street. Please note that you will need to climb a step that raises the main entrance. Upon entering, the living area follows the concept of open space integrating the living room with the dining room and kitchen with an American bar. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker... The apartment also has a washing machine and iron, TV, as well as air conditioning splits in the bedrooms and living/dining room. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a small interior patio with artificial grass. The second bedroom, is a cozy space with a single bed and with the option of placing a second extra bed. Also available is the option to add a crib and/or high chair for babies (upon request). Charming renovated XVI's century house with stoned wall and has lots of light, 500 meters from the sea front. The house has a large living and dining area, a second living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (1 large bedroom and two double bedrooms), 2 bathrooms and a nice terrace where to take meal or have a read. For disable people possibility to have the ground floor (separate from the top one) or a two bedrooms apartment in closed urbanization with communal swimming pool and parking). As well available with ground floor terrace with patio of similar distribution. The house is situated in a very quiet pedestrian street within the historical city center. The area is lively with its beautiful old houses, lots of nice restaurants, tapas' bar and grocery stores. Nature lovers will enjoy the many walking and biking trail around the area, specially our Montgo natural area. The arrear country deserves to be visited and a pair of golf courses of 18 holes is very close. Dénia is ideal to come any time of the year due to our SUNNY AND MILD WEATHER mainly all the yearlong. May, June and September are ideal, with calm summer weather. Fallas festivities (March 15-19) are obliged to be seen and enjoyed, at least once in life as it is UNIQUE AND SPECTACULAR. If you want to escape from rain and coldness, this part of Spain will be a remedy against any kind of gloominess and depression. We will respond to any inquiry. But, please, be patient with us as we are Mediterranean people... During the winter period possibility to rent per month during the whole season. Just ask.

Price for a very bright Duplex Penthouse on the main street, with 3 terraces overlooking the ocean. We access the main floor where there is the living-dining room-kitchen and terrace overlooking the port and Montgó, a bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom, another bathroom and a bedroom with double bed and the staircase that gives access to the upper floor, with a room and terrace overlooking Marineta Casiana Beach and another more private terrace overlooking Marinas Beach and the castle.

A spacious bed with a patterned throw pillow is positioned in the room. Soft lighting is provided by two bedside lamps. A plant adds a touch of greenery, and natural light enters through a window adorned with sheer curtains, illuminating the tiled floor.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and all the essential amenities are nearby. The mountains are another of Dénia's attractions, as well as the coves in the Rotas area. Bed linens and towels are available in the apartment. If you come by bike, you have enough space to leave them inside the house. The area is perfect for bike and motorcycle routes. A crib or playpen can be made available with advance notice.

120m2 apartment located on the main street of Dénia, overlooking the harbor, Montgó and the castle. It is carefully decorated and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and with television. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them with a separate bathtub. It has a very bright open plan, with a very large kitchen, dining table and a very comfortable sofa with TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi. The beach is only a 7-minute walk away. Supermarket 3 minutes away, restaurants and bars at your doorstep
