Holiday rentals with a patio in Meredith

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. It’s quite a feat to surpass the already high expectations we had - Shannon and Matt and their beautiful house managed that with ease. We were hyped for the trip since we booked, and the stay was even better than we could dreamt. The second we stepped through the door we felt right at home. Everything was as described, clean and cozy - and the views just amazing. Our baby girl relaxed as much as we did and enjoyed the amenities like the high chair and the baby bath tub that were available. We had to push us hard to do some exploring of what the region has to offer outside the house, and that was well worth it, too. There’s definitely more to explore, and more relaxing to do in the house - so we will be back as soon as we can arrange for that. All the best from Switzerland!

This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! This home was incredibly cozy, and the town was so welcoming! It had everything we needed, from extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen with all the seasonings for cooking. Thoughtful touches made our stay effortless—would definitely return!

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

We enjoyed our short, but lovely stay at the lake! Home was beautiful and warmly decorated. Comfy beds and set up so nicely! View of lake was so nice and it was hard to leave the deck. We loved the peace and quiet, relaxing vibe! Loved the closed in porch too! Enjoyed pickleball so easily accessible and pretty walk to the lakefront to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer, but rain made it easier to leave. We had magical weather our full day! We hope to return to this special area and home. Loved the market so close though! Thank you!!

We had a great stay , the cottage was exactly as described , the rooms were so spacious for relaxing We were there for a wedding so it was set up perfectly for different couples Our weather was not great , so we did not get to use the beach ,but we did fish . So nice to be close to the water , and down town

This was a great place for my family to enjoy time together outside. We also to advantage of the amenities offered. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only issue was the elevator was out of order and having to bring groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I didnt specifically look for a place with an elevator, just would have packed differently.

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
