There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Get back to nature at Stella Matutina Farm’s Moon Flower Yurt. Located on a 10 acre , working Biodynamic farm in the heart of the Waterloo Recreation Area. The yurt sits in its own private space in the forest. Visit the farm animals, historic barn and vegetable gardens. Fire pit, outhouse with compost toilet, outdoor solar shower, and woodstove in the yurt. Visit the quaint towns of Grass Lake and Chelsea or go swimming in one of several nearby lakes. Mountain bike and hiking trails close by.

Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
