The nearby free shuttle provides easy access to Downtown Mall restaurants, shopping, music venues, etc.

The Ivy Rose Cottage bestows an exceptional ambiance that will captivate your heart. Whisk yourself away to this two bedroom cottage located in Ivy halfway between the Shenandoah Park/Brewery Trail and Charlottesville, home of UVA. The Ivy Rose Cottage, designed and handbuilt by the hosts, is an enchanting mix of cypress, timber frame, copper trellis work, pergolas and other architectural treasures. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer for those lengthier stay conveniences.

Rainey’s Retreat, nestled between Ivy and Crozet

Our home is nestled in between Ivy and Crozet, Virginia at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We live on a private 2 acre lot that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. We have daily visits from deer, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, a variety of birds, and on occasion we see fox and bears. It feels very secluded yet convenient to everything. We are just 8 miles from UVA, convenient to many local wineries and breweries, and have hiking and biking opportunities all around us.

Guesthouse at Hamilton Oaks

Escape to our guesthouse on a little farmette. This peaceful setting tucked away on several acres along a creek with nature trails is the perfect mountain getaway. We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Non-smoking

Private guesthouse/studio in scenic Charlottesville/Crozet. Ideally located near UVA, exceptional wineries, breweries and excellent food scenes all as close as 10 to 15 minutes from your doorstep. The studio offers a very basic kitchenette (see list of items), 1 bedroom w/King bed, an area with a Queen bed, a living room and a dinning room area . Heat/air adjustable per area for your comfort. Hosts have 2 small, friendly dogs (Mac and Pippie) in the main house which may be seen in the patio entrance area. Guests have access to patio and grill.

Moorman’s River Retreat

Beautiful setting, located within 5 minute drive to 3 wineries in White Hall, within 10 minutes to additional 3 wineries and 2 breweries. Hiking trails and nearby public access to the designated scenic Moorman's river for fishing, swimming or enjoying a picnic. Fishing and boating in lake just steps in front of cottage. Outdoor mini- grill available for cooking.

Sunny studio apartment with separate kitchenette in great location - walk to UVA and local restaurants, 10 minutes to downtown. Mechums River Nature Retreat

Mechums River Nature Retreat is a place to get away from it all, but only 10 miles from downtown C'ville. Newly renovated cottage is set on 35 private acres. Trails lead to creeks, waterfalls and the Mechums River. Hammocks, tubes, and paddle boards are provided. The surrounding area is a mecca for walkers, runners and bicyclists.
