Welcome to my maisonette! Freshly renovated, this single storey of 38m2 will delight you with its proximity to the beach (300m) its magnificent dunes, and its location on the outskirts of restaurants, shops of Merlimont beach (bakery, fishmonger, caterer etc...) The icing on the cake: the private courtyard of 30 m2 that allows you to enjoy the sun sheltered from the wind (and on the Opal coast it's appreciated!) You will find a spot for your car on the street easily and for free

A big thank you to you Armelle for your hospitality, your flexibility regarding our arrival and departure time and your availability to answer our questions and needs. The apartment is in excellent condition, faithful to the description, quiet and well-equipped. The big highlight of this apartment is the sea view and the accessibility to the beach in two minutes. A great family stay that we will remember 🙂

Melanie and Philippe's apartment is very nice, the view is exceptional. The owners are not on site, but the welcome is nonetheless warm through a very nice welcome booklet. We were able to celebrate our anniversary in an idyllic setting. We'll be happy to go back! The accommodation is comfortable, access is easy, check-in is autonomous with precise explanations. The cleanliness is impeccable, it's very pleasant. Go there without so much as a second thought!
