Profitez d'un peu de repos dans une maison indépendante tout confort, entièrement rénovée. Gite dédié au repos donc pas de wifi … A proximité de tous commerces en quelques minutes (supérette, banque, pharmacie ...). Proche des stations de ski du Mont-dore (40 min) et de Super Besse (1h).

En effet, ce cocon (30m2 intérieur + 9m2 extérieur) est destiné aux amoureux en quête de déconnexion et d'un retour à la nature pour mieux se retrouver et se ressourcer. N'ayez crainte toutefois, tout le confort et le luxe des temps modernes vous y attendront. Enfin, veuillez noter que le petit-déjeuner est compris.

Charming little house in the countryside

Small stone house in the countryside, close to the town of Ussel (7 km), about an hour's drive from Clermont-Ferrand and Brive. Detached house of 90 m2, containing, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen area, living room and toilet. And upstairs two bedrooms with double bed, a relaxation area and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also enjoy a very natural outdoor area, with a large table to be able to have lunch in peace.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

La P'tite Bergerie: Comfort, Nature, Sioule, Volcans

La P'tite Bergerie, a former sheepfold renovated in 2026, welcomes you in a real natural setting near the volcanoes of Auvergne. Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

"Ma petite bohème" house by the pond

CHALEUREUSE maisonnette pour 2 personnes, équipée à neuf. Composée d'une petite cuisine, un salon/salle à manger, une chambre et une salle de bain. NON FUMEUR. "Ma petite bohème" est dans son écrin de verdure, aménagée d'une mare. Au calme. Commerces de proximité. A 10mn de l'autoroute A89, 20 km d'Ussel et 40 km de notre magnifique Sancy.
