It’s just a short two minute stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the main cafes, restaurants, and stores in the area. Modern LG OLED TV if staying home with Apple TV+, Netflix, Kayo, Prime. Full function kitchen area, appliances, utensils. Hopefully our photos tell the story. This apartment is in a low rise block and has a superb location within the highly sort after Broadbeach suburb of Queensland's Gold Coast. The Gold Coast Convention Centre is just a 10-minute walk, as is the Broadbeach North light rail station (tram). Walking distance to amenities Light Rail situated on Gold Coast Highway Bus number 705 takes you to the main transport station (Broadbeach South) where you can be transported anywhere Two bus stops available near the property, one opposite and one approx 50 meters away from the location We use a professional cleaning and set up service for the apartment, and in particular, our Cleaning Fee covers professional dry cleaning and ironing of bed linen so that each guest gets that "sheets are new" feel !

Our home is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops. Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included.
