Market Square Apartment

Appartement de 32 m2 situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur) de l'immeuble de l'ancien Hôtel Royal, sur la place du marché, à 50 mètres de la plage, au coeur du quartier balnéaire et de ses villas historiques. Le logement tout équipé accueille jusqu'à 4 personnes et est composé de : - 1 chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé convertible dans le séjour - Une petite salle de bains fonctionnelle avec douche et toilettes. - Une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée (micro onde, plaque et four électriques, grille-pain, cafetière senseo), un coin repas pour 4 personnes, un canapé convertible, une TV. Linge de maison fournit gratuitement (draps et serviettes) Lit bébé sur demande. Vous trouverez au pied de l'immeuble tous les petits commerces de proximité (boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, restaurants...) et loisirs (parc de jeux et skate, mini-golf, plage, bars, glaciers...) Nous avons un marché local chaque lundi et jeudi. Gare SNCF Le Tréport à 10 min à pieds, possibilité de prendre le bus à 25 m. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour profiter de votre séjour. L'appartement est également idéalement située pour des balades, à pieds ou à vélo. Vous trouverez la Baie de Somme à 30 km avec ses phoques et la ville de St-Valery-sur-Somme. Je suis toujours disponible pour vous conseiller sur vos sorties, loisirs, sites à visiter, bars et restaurants. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour vous donner l'envie de revenir !

We had a wonderful weekend, in a super clean accommodation, superb bedding, everything was perfect. Very quiet place especially with sea view, the dike just below the apartment. The lovely Florence is a pleasant, smiling person and very concerned about her tenants and very available. Nothing to say, we'll be back with pleasure.

Very nice stay. Superb view of the entire apartment to the sea. Perfectly equipped studio for 2 people, clean, very well restored. Conveniently located to tour Mers les Bains and Le Tréport. We were lucky enough to see a seal at the entrance to the harbor and balcony of the studio (with twin of course). Lots of nice walks, visits to do in the surrounding area without going many kilometers. Even in gray weather, it's a beautiful site. We enjoyed it. We highly recommend the area and listing. The welcome and exit was provided by Charles-Henry's parents, both charming, responsive. All is well organized. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Having the Studio's welcome booklet by email before coming is very convenient. Thank you Amandine. We will be back again. Marylene and Isabelle

This property is absolutely fantastic! The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. The attention to detail in preserving the époque charm is remarkable — every corner tells a story of elegance and history. The interiors are tastefully furnished, combining classic sophistication with modern comfort, and the entire space exudes a serene, welcoming atmosphere. A true gem, we really loved it! A special mention goes to the host, Louis was very helpful, kind and always quick to respond. Communication was smooth and easy throughout. Thank you!

MerS, Le Tréport, the cliffs, hikes and the turquoise gradient of the sea, this is beautiful. Let's add a stylish, cozy and cozy apartment close to the beach and all amenities and the stay is perfect. Just a quick note about the bathroom which is quite small and could inconvenience large sizes:) . Other than that , I warmly recommend.
