Holiday rentals with a patio in Mértola

We had such an amazing stay! Tavira is truly one of the last of it’s kind - we came from London and at first we experience a bit of “reverse culture shock” because the town is so quaint, quiet, and local feeling - but after a few days of adjusting we absolutely fell in love. This is an excellent location, there’s plenty of nice restaurants and one of the best coffee shops right next door run by some lovely Canadians. We stayed for 2 weeks, immersed ourselves in Tavira, ate great food, and drank pretty well, too. Don’t hesitate on booking, you won’t regret it!

Excellent apartment to explore the town and surrounding areas. Location is ideal for the beach and balcony has a great view.

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful accommodation ! everything was perfect- a real home from home but with fabulous weather ! such an amazing location - We has so many wonderful meals at the local restaurants. The fish and fruit markets were divine! We are seriously looking at booking for next year !! Beach was fabulous and also having the choice of the beautiful roof terrace was a huge treat !! xx

Casa com localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Atendeu há tudo que precisávamos para uma estadia excelente. Havia água gelada quando chegamos e com instruções bem claras para localizar o local. Voltaremos em próxima oportunidade com certeza . Anfitrião super atencioso e respondia rápido e com várias dicas de locais para conhecer .

I stayed at Andre's flat and I can highly recommend it. The flat itself was spotless and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was ideal for what we wanted. There was plenty if parking space and the beaches where also in walking distance. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The communication with Andre was perfect and the check in and out was also super easy. Would definitely recommend it to say. Thank you Andre again for letting us stay :-)

Apartamento delicioso, bem cuidado com lindas plantas! Violetta é uma excelente anfitriã, tinha shampoo, condicionador, sabonete pro corpo à disposição, temperos na cozinha também e até um livro de ficção científica pra passar o tempo. Uns 5 minutos até a praia e o condomínio com uma ótima piscina em um ambiente bem familiar. Um dos melhores lugares que já fiquei! Recomendo bastante! Muito obrigada pela hospedagem!

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, laut Google Maps gut zu finden. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität – wenn nicht sogar schöner! Alles war sauber, der Pool ist großartig und der Außenbereich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien wie mehr Salatschüsseln, Salatbesteck oder schärfere Messer wären noch hilfreich. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war herausragend – super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet blitzschnell. Der Padelplatz in 5 Min. Entfernung war ein Highlight – unkompliziert nutzbar, Schläger & Bälle gab’s vom Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank draußen funktionierte leider nicht war aber nicht schlimmda innen viel Platz im Kühlschrank. der Pool wurde auf Wunsch wärmer gemacht – perfekt für Kinder. Tischtennisplatte top! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. De foto’s geven exact weer hoe het er in werkelijkheid uitziet. Iedereen een eigen kamer met een perfecte badkamer. De tuin is enorm en een plaatje. Het zwembad is heerlijk om baantjes te trekken. Ook van de Gym hebben we gebruik gemaakt. Maar het meeste nog van de BBQ om de verse vis te roosteren en buiten te kunnen dineren.

Hele mooie en huiselijke woning met alle gemakken die je nodig hebt. Zeer stijlvol ingericht. 2 airco's wat goed uitkwam tijdens ons warme verblijf. belangrijkste ramen voorzien van horren dus geen last van muggen. Een vaatwasser ontbreekt maar die hebben wij niet gemist tijdens ons verblijf. Bedden slapen prima; harde matrassen maar daar houden wij persoonlijk van. Nina heeft ons bij aankomst rondgeleid en is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Rusige omgeving. Af en toe een treintje overdag maar daar heb je geen last van.

We had the most perfect stay in the most beautiful townhouse. Derek & Inge are extremely friendly, helpful & have thought of everything in this airbnb, we felt right at home from the minute we arrived . The house is centrally located in the lovely town of Tavira with great restaurants, cafes bars & shops within easy walking distance but is still so peaceful & quiet. The house was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The private rooftop & pool were the icing on the cake with space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views, both in the sun and in the shade. I would recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay in Tavira. Our stay was only for 4 nights but we would love to stay again and definitely for a longer time.

We absolutely loved our stay, and can’t wait to be back for a longer period. The guesthouse is charming and peaceful, and Paula is a wonderful host.

This was a second time we stayed at João's place and it was as wonderful as the first time. Place is amazing and João is such a great and attentive host. Such a pleasure to be able to experience real Portugal, just simply loved it, thank you

Shanti's place was just what we needed before heading home. Loved doing the goat walk. The fireplace was amazing on the cool nights. Coffee on the back deck under shelter looking over the hills listening to nature. Really enjoyed talking with the International volunteers who work the farm. Very remote and quiet. A very unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely do again.

Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten Aufenthalt. Martien, die Property Managerin war super hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert - die Klimaanlage war leider am Ankunftstag kaputt und sie hat super schnell reagiert, Hilfe organisiert und mit einem Ventilator ausgeholfen, sodass dies keinerlei Problem für uns war. Das Anwesen ist toll und super erholsam.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Die Wohnung war top und die Gastgeber waren immer hilfreich, gut erreichbar und haben proaktiv Reiseziele geschickt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Maria was a great host and so helpful with anything requested. We had an issue with the lobby entrance of the building and she resolved this by communicating with the building management. We had a great time in the accomodation and felt relaxed for our week abroad with the children

La localisation de l’unité, la tranquillité et la propreté des lieux étaient excellentes ! La configuration de l’unité permettait à tous les membres de notre famille d’avoir leur espace de tranquillité. La terrasse couverte était un gros plus et nous permettait de pouvoir manger à l’extérieur sans être constamment au soleil. Une très belle plage se situe à moins de 5 min en voiture et la route est très bien faite pour celles et ceux qui aimeraient s’y rendre à vélo. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

Great apartment looks better than photos very tastefully done interiors very helpfull and responsive hosts we had a late flight and they allowed us a late check out till 5pm,very accommodating and also allowed us an early check in. Really enjoyed staying here thank you so much Highly recommended apartment

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!
