We were 4 adults and the place was perfect. We liked the location and the shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop and restaurants). Marie was very welcoming and responsive to our requests. Perfect place to visit the landing spots and proximity to the beach is a plus. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

Awesome beachfront with children , beach in front of the bay of the loggia, sublime view, easy parking, secure residence with gate beep. Functional apt, very well arranged, space, big plus the closed loggia that opens up entirely . Yasmina on arrival and departure very flexible and good advice. Friendly and available hosts. 5 minutes from Cabourg and 15 minutes from Houlgate, easy access to visit the flowery coast as well as the landing sites. We recommend it in a second . Cdlt. Very pleasant stay spent in this apartment. Ideal for visiting the region (Cean, Cabourg, Ouistreham...). Perfect for a small family with the beach and playground nearby.

The studio is very well located, very cozy, clean with good bedding. A terrace overlooking the sea. It was nice to be facing the sea from sunrise. Thank you to Didier for his hospitality and kindness. Good bedding . We'll definitely be back.

We loved staying at the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the centre attractionsand restaurants. Free parking close by. Quiet, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Although not large plenty big enough for a couple. Super shower room. 10 out of 10.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Lovely place by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the washing machine, kitchen, and the beautiful ocean view. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is as advertised, clean, functional and super well located - ideal for a family stay (we were with two small children).

Very nice accommodation, splendid view of the sea and the setting sun, direct access to the sea (less crowded area than the surrounding areas), everything you needed for baby equipment. Just back from a wonderful mini break at Thys beautiful apartment that overlooks the see and the port. The space is well laid out and has everything that you need. Highly recommended
