Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. Welcome to Casa de Martiana! This gorgeous casita is located just a few short blocks (about 1/4 mile) from the plaza in Old Mesilla where you will find tons of great restaurants (mostly delicious Mexican food), wineries, bars, unique shopping and fun events. There is a market in the square on Fridays and Sundays with neat jewelry, art and other local treasures. The area is rich in history and culture and has many tales of days when Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett used to wonder the village.

Southwest Mexican Adobe Casa Historic District

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. Dog fee $10.00 which can be left on the table.

I am living in this home as one of my primary residences but I’m traveling the world and will make it available so you can also enjoy it.
