The home features all amenities, washer dryer, refrigerated air, 4 comfortable beds, futons, pool table and foosball table for the kids, 2 big screen TVs, fast speed wifi and a private backyard you can enjoy. All new appliances as well. And only a $60 cleaning fee!

This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
