Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια υπεροχοι ανθρωποι ευχαριστοι με το χαμογελο στα χειλη!!!! Υπεροχο μερος!!!! Και το σπιτι καταπληκτικο σε μερος ησυχο και ομορφο!!!!

La villa est située à 15 km d'Argos dans un très beau site au calme. Toutes les pièces sont arrangées avec gout et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée (mais pas de lave-linge). Il y a même un jacuzzi très fonctionnel. Très bonnes attentions pour l'accueil : le frigo était rempli (4 pots de confitures maison, du beurre, du jambon, du fromage, une douzaine d'œufs, des fruits et même un pizza). Il y avait aussi une bouteille de vin, des friandises et une carafe de liqueur. Il y a eu malheureusement quelques coupures d'électricité mais l'hôte s'est investi pour remédier a ces désagréments et nous a même proposé de nous apporter un repas si le courant n'était pas remis avant la nuit.

Εξαιρετικό, το καλύτερο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί !!! Όμορφο, άνετο. πεντακάθαρο, δίπλα στο πάρκινγκ και στις καταπληκτικές πλατείες της Αρεόπολης! Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης μας είχε δώσει ακριβείς πληροφορίες για όλα ! Σίγουρα θα είναι η 1η επιλογή όταν ξαναέρθουμε !

Hébergement très pratique pour visiter Kalamata (à 10min en voiture du centre). Quartier tranquille, place de parking disponible, propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Attention, pour trouver le logement il ne faut pas suivre l'adresse sur Airbnb mais celle sur le site envoyé en message privé (20 Καποδιστρίου, Paralia Vergas, Greece, 241 00). Le jacuzzi est plus une grande baignoire mais est agréable pour 2 personnes maximum.

A step away from key sites in the Peloponeso. So very accessible yet quiet and relaxing. Had all we needed to prepare some simple meals when we chose to. An excellent place to stay. Would return any day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! The host Christos was super nice — always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed. The place is just like in the pictures: quiet, private, with a beautiful green yard, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a BBQ area. We especially loved the swallows living in the yard — they made the place feel even more special. After the busy city life, this was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

This place was absolutely magical. The view from the front balcony was breathtaking. The house is beautiful, clean, and very roomy. The host is also the most helpful and accommodating host I’ve ever had of any rental. I highly recommend staying here; you won’t regret it. I have zero complaints at all and will look to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής. Το σπίτι όπως οι φωτογραφίες, ο κήπος μεγάλος και ιδανικός για τον σκύλο μας. Η περιοχή πολύ κοντά σε Βυτίνα και Λεβίδι. Ωραία χαλάρωση και ησυχία. Ο Γιάννης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και πολύ βοηθητικός. Φυσικά και προτείνεται.

Mooi en rustig gelegen huisje met rondom een grote tuin met citrusbomen en olijfbomen. Wij waren medio mei en dan is er in de directe omgeving nog weinig in bedrijf. Op 10 minuten rijden (richting Nafplion) zijn wat restaurantjes en dan nog 10 minuten verder ben je in Nafplion zelf. Huisje was prima uitgerust. De huiskamer is een basic ruimte. Entree is net een (automatisch, afstandbediening) afsluitbaar hek en binnenkomen gaat met eenvoudig met een sleutelkastje. Communicatie verliep via de AirBnB al.

Supermooie woning, alles heel netjes afgewerkt. Buiten een mooi groot afdak met eettafel en ook makkelijke stoelen. We hebben genoten van de afgesloten tuin. Het strand en de leuke havenplaatsjes in de buurt zijn met de auto bereikbaar.

Excellent place to stay at Kythira. Peaceful with beautiful surroundings and close to nature. The apartment was tastefully decorated and fully equipped and we had all we needed during our stay. The hosts are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay at Kythira.

My family and I had a wonderful stay while visiting our family in Astros. Vasiliki and her family were very welcoming and helped us to settle in. The apartment had all the amenities needed to make our 6 night stay comfortable. My family and I would love to stay here again next time we visit.

Lovely time at Panos’ place! He left all these helpful and thoughtful things in the house - like a sewing kit, first aid kit, and there was a washing machine free to use. Thank you for hosting us!

Η παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν φιλόξενοι και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Μας καλωσόρισαν με ένα καλάθι γεμάτο πασχαλινά εδέσματα και δεν παρέλειψαν να έχουν και λιχουδιές για το σκυλάκι μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Καλαμάτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im bestens ausgestatteten und romantischen Haus. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Olivenhain und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten wurde durch die herrliche Aussicht auf das Land und das Meer noch getoppt. Die nicht ganz einfache Anfahrt zum Grundstück war kein Problem, da die sehr freundlichen Eltern der Vermieterin uns geleitet haben. Die Vermieterin stand stets für alle Anliegen zur Verfügung und hat sich immer wieder um Details gekümmert. Wir können das Quartier und die Gastgeber unbedingt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder zurück.

Hans and effervescent Matina were very welcoming. This is their summer home which they stay in when not rented out, therefore it feels well cared for and comfortable . They provided us with olive oil produced from their own olive grove, a lovely bottle of wine, bread, honey, eggs, and other "essentials". Hans was on tap whenever you needed him and gave great tips on the local beaches, countryside etc. Thoroughly recommended.

A lovely house in an unbelievably beautiful place: Christina met us in the local village and led us down the private track to her pretty, comfortable house. It is even better than it looks in the pictures: it has everything you need to feel comfortably at home while every room is orientated outwards to the country around and the extraordinary view south and east to mountains and sea. We drove up into the mountains, we went down to the sea to swim and eat the freshest fish, we walked from the front door, we were the only foreigners in the village nearby for traditional bouzouki music and delicious food. Wonderful.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Von den Balkonen im 1. OG hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Der Weg zum Haus ist teilweise nicht asphaltiert, aber es ist kein Problem mit dem Auto dorthin zu kommen. Wenn man nachts zu Fuß zum Haus unterwegs ist sollte man eine Taschenlampe dabeihaben oder die Handytaschenlampe verwenden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und alles wesentliche war vorhanden. Es gab keine Probleme. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man an einer kleinen Bucht mit einem Strand und mit Bar und Restaurant. Dort war es (um Ostern 2025) nicht voll und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Nach Agios Nikolaos geht man etwa 15 Minuten und es gibt dort sehr gute Restaurants und Bars. Vom Haus aus kann man einige schöne Wanderungen machen (z.B. Pigi und Platsa) und mit dem Auto sind andere interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Pantelis hat uns persönlich und sehr nett und zuvorkommend empfangen, alles gezeigt und auch Empfehlungen für die Gegend gemacht. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, auch während des Aufenthalts haben wir noch Tipps zur Umgebung bekommen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist klasse, man ist mitten in der Natur und kann abends Sterne beobachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Een verborgen parel in een bijna privé baai bij Kalamata, perfect voor een paar dagen relaxen en genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. Zo mooi vind je ze niet vaak!
