Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. The house is located in K.Verga which is about 4km from the nearest beach and 9km. from the center of Kalamata. The facilities are the ones of a modern house. The balcony provides an amazing view of Messinian bay. It's also surrounded by a big garden, which has historical interest as there used to be a threshing floor aged 300 years. The sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is a unique experience that one has to experience as highly recommended!
