Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Nacho's villa was super!

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

The house is very nice and was very clean. It is as described, and it also has very nice views. Quiet area with room for parking. Laura was a very helpful and friendly host. She was attentive to all our needs and was always very nice, with very quick answers.

Yajaira welcomed us super well. The check in instructions were clear and the house was even nicer in person. We had a great time and felt very comfortable. In addition, the host's attention was excellent. I would 100% recommend it. We were also informed of points of interest, restaurants,... in short, very attentive.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

AMAZING stay at María's absolutely stunning home. No one wanted to leave and the Spaniards in our group were already plotting their return. (We would all return in a heartbeat but most of us live in Chicago.) As others have noted, it is even more beautiful than the photos and so incredibly peaceful. Additionally, María is an outstanding host, going above and beyond for us. She was flexible on our arrival time when it took us longer to get there than expected. She gave great recommendations and even delivered a second crib at 11PM. Thank you, María!

We had a very nice stay! The owners have furnished the space with care, a beautiful combination of old and new furniture. There were toys ready for our son, very thoughtful. We enjoyed the nice garden, the quiet environment and the low-threshold contact. The delicious 'surprise' upon arrival made the stay complete. We'd love to come back!

Very nice and clean accommodation, they accept animals and is to be appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, aviles, covadonga, oviedo etc The house has all the commissions, for putting a but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30 but it is not the fault of the accommodation. We would repeat without any hesitation

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals across the world, and this was by far the most magical place we’ve ever spent a few days! Magical mountainside cottage with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Carmela provided incredible recommendations specific to our family’s varied needs and goals, including an incredible trail run. The house is just perfect! Lovingly renovated and furnished to an absolutely high standard with many details. Breathtaking location on the slope with a view of the mountains to the south. The owners Carlos and Sara have thought of everything and were always available and helpful when needed. We would have liked to have stayed longer and plan to come back!

House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and fluently throughout the stay

Great little house with a fantastic view, especially from the bedroom with mountain and sea views. Newly built in the typical style of the region with a modern bathroom and kitchen. Very quiet location in a small village with its own parking space in front of the house. Beautiful terrace with lounge furniture, dining table/bench and a small lawn.
