Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts (app 1er étage) Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Profitez de ce cottage de charme, situé dans une propriété d’un hectare avec piscine, court de tennis (abimé…) et terrain de pétanque, près des régions viticoles de Sancerre et Pouilly, dans le village de Bulcy. Cette petite maison a été entièrement rénovée et est située à côté de notre maison, construite sur les restes d'un château dont subsistent trois tours datant des XIe et XVe siècles. On accède à la propriété par un portail électrique, et le stationnement est possible près du cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
