Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Metairie

This is a great house and worked perfectly for our family. The first floor common space was spacious and easy for our being together. The bedrooms were also spacious and private. The neighborhood has lots of walkable amenities (supermarket, coffee, amazing ice cream/bakery and both quick serve and special restaurants) as well as being a convenient drive to the airport, Superdome, and all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Parking is very easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We had an amazing time!

Love the okra Inn such a beautiful historical home. Way more room than expected and super cozy for the family. Would return for next trip.

Loved this Oak Street Oasis for my family’s stay. It’s in a great location & Super clean. Great mix of old & new furnishings & decorations. Felt right at home. Beds are super comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay -this is a safe, quiet location and a clean comfortable property. We had coffee on the front porch swing and backyard while our son was sleeping, the amenities are stocked just right, and Christina was a friendly accommodating host. We’d come back again. Highly recommend. The only issue to know about is the layout, where 1 bedroom must walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom…if you don’t mind that.

The house was extremely comfortable and a short uber to all tourist attractions.

This was our second stay with Nick and Sunny for Jazz Fest! It really feels like our own piece of NOLA. We’re already planning our next trip back. Excellent hosts. Five stars well deserved!

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

the booklet of local things to do and see was very appreciated. the only things I would change is the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and the outlets were a little concerning. the location was safe and the area was quite. we would definitely stay again

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) We loved staying in this condo in New Orleans—it was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The condo was very clean, with nice beds, fresh towels, and even a coffee pot, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this property. It's close enough to drive to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas without having to stay in the "noisy" part of the city.

Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly peaceful spot. Close to Frenchman street too! We were very comfortable and appreciated that the hosts provided early check in. No complaints.
