Come experience this unique mid century modern home designed by artist and educator B.C. Binning, a pioneer of the modernist movement on the West Coast. The house is an early example of International Style and stands as one with nature set into the sloped terrain. Towering Douglas Fir & Cedar trees standing guard. Zen vibe. Hummingbird Oceanside Suites: St. Mark's Suite

OCEANFRONT & MOUNTAIN VIEWS w/ HOT TUB & WOOD BARREL SAUNA St. Mark’s Summit Suite - best for sunrise with huge windows that provide sweeping views of West Van & Vancouver. The suite is attached to the house, but has its own exterior entrance, queen bed, bathroom with rain shower, flat screen TV & kitchenette. Sleeps 2 people. There’s no better place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to soak in the views! We’re often frequented by eagles, deer & if you're lucky whales!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Oceanfront with stunning views of Howe Sound/Coastal Mountains (above photo). Close to town, ferry, restaurants. A 10 minute walk through our forest leads to our swimmable beach. Suite is newly renovated with stone fireplace insert, queen bed, new sofa bed, keyless entrance and private deck (bedding and towels provided).
