Original 18th C chalet, called "Rascard" locally, an authentic antique farm house, completely modernised and refurbished, preserving much of the original wooden structure and antique beams. Situated in small village Tignet, 1650m, part of the Gran Paradiso National Park, built on a spur with a wonderful view overlooking the Valsavarenche valley, the Savara river and mountain peaks and a waterfall on the left. The house balcony faces north with sun all day. Car parking space 50m from the chalet.

The Baita is located in the beautiful natural setting of Tracciolino, a few minutes (20 min) from the city of Biella and near the path that leads to the Sanctuary of Oropa. Also reachable by car, by means of a private road. Surrounded by meadows, located close to a wooded area pertaining to it and a stream that also enlivens with the sound of its flow. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa (bed) and fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

The chalet, dating back to 1800, is located in a beautiful hamlet between Pragelato and Sestriere, at the entrance to the Val Troncea Natural Park. This is a very fine renovation from 2010 carried out in total respect of the places and materials with extensive use of stone and wood. The accommodation is located on the second floor, also has a parking space, a large cellar with laundry and storage for ski equipment and a sun terrace in front of the chalet.
