This was my second time staying at this incredible home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely huge—much bigger and more impressive than the pictures show. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action, making it easy to enjoy plenty of activities nearby. Beyond the home itself, the owner and assistant were outstanding—so welcoming, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it! I’ll definitely be back again.

Very accommodating and friendly, english speaking host! He gave us useful tips about area’s to avoid and made us feel at home right from the start. The Airbnb was well equiped and had comfortable beds.

The apartment is newly built, with 24-hour security and a gym. The room is fully equipped, you can cook, there is a TV, and it is very warm and comfortable. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and life is super convenient. I stayed there for 2 weeks and highly recommend it.

Nico's accommodation is quite comfortable and private, it has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Nico is always attentive to what you need and, if you ask, he gives you recommendations for places to visit, eat or shop, which makes the experience even more comfortable and complete :)

We had a great stay here. They were very responsive and the room was wonderful with everything we needed. The dogs were a nice bonus :) We look forward to staying here again.

DON’T EVEN HESITATE – this is the best place to stay in Quito!!! We’ve traveled to 70 countries, and the view from this apartment in Quito is the best we’ve ever seen. Staying here feels like living in a palace – it’s an amazing experience. The apartment combines the atmosphere of a castle with all the modern amenities you need, from a microwave to a washing machine. Every morning, we were uplifted by the stunning mountain panorama, which brought an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Meanwhile, my wife, who loves the opposite – lively places, cafes, and shops – was delighted that this elegant part of the city, with all its conveniences, was just a five-minute walk from the apartment)) Those five minutes do involve a bit of a climb up a staircase, but it’s worth it for the beautiful views along the way. Now we’re in love with Ecuador as a country – thanks to its contrasts and the unique blend of old and new. Daniel is the best host a guest could ever have. 100% recommendation

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Josué is very kind and helped us wash the clothes and leave the suitcases after check-out.

Really great experience! The studio surprised me from the very beginning. Although it is not very large, it has the right space to feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was very well distributed and equipped, especially the kitchen, which was a great plus. What I enjoyed the most was the movie night: the Smart TV with Netflix made the evening perfect. I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We loved this Airbnb so much that we decided to stay there again when we got back to Quito after the Galapagos! The place is super cozy and beautifully designed. Angel is a great communicator and responds to us promptly. The location is great with lots of local restaurants around. We felt safe walking around during the day. I’d highly recommend it.
