Comfortable and very clean. Loved eating on the deck and overlooking the canal. And it was an easy 20 minute walk to the Esplanade and dinner at the pub.

We absolutely loved the place! Was very warm and cozy for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. The open fire was awesome and there was wood there to use. The homemade bread was a delicious treat with our morning bacon and eggs! Beds were very comfy and just a short stroll to the town centre and pub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucas’s place! The house is beautiful, offering the best views of Lakes Entrance — truly breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Lucas was a fantastic host, friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make the stay convenient and enjoyable. Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. The site was easy to get to clean and had everything that we needed. John is an awesome host who kept us informed all the way. Will consider next time we visit South Gippsland.

A Perfect Winter Escape with Stunning Views! What a fantastic winter getaway for our group of eight! WenResting's waterfront views are even more breathtaking in person. The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our large group without feeling crowded. We loved the cozy living areas, and the reverse-cycle air conditioning was a blessing on the chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and having all the linen and towels provided was a thoughtful touch. Kellie was a brilliant host, friendly and communicative and made the entire check-in process effortless. The location is second to none. Being just a short, scenic stroll from the footbridge made exploring Lakes Entrance an absolute breeze. The spectacular views and warm, inviting atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. This is our 2nd time at Simon's place. there were a few upgrades there but we missed the games table, it was sent for repair. That was actually the highlight but there were still other things to do. we would still love to go back, it's such a very nice place !!!

Beautiful and clean space to stay in. The beds are very comfortable. I love the ingerbal dedign of the apartment which allows natural lights to come in. The staircase was only the concern especially if you are bringing kids. Overall, it's a reccomened to stay !

Our stay at Adrian’s “Betts Place” was absolutely wonderful. The home was perfect for our holiday and our little dogs. It was private, light filled and calm. We enjoyed wandering into town to get breakfast in the mornings and head out for dinner at night - the location was perfect and very convenient. We will absolutely be returning.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this very comfortable apartment. It is in peaceful and tranquil setting in amongst the trees. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen is well equiped. It is easy for travelling into Lakes Entrance, Gippsland Lakes and into nearby Metung. A beautiful place. We would recommend this accommodation.

Awesome spot for our family for the few days we were there! Perfect location, quite clean and had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

Chris was a great communicator & very helpful with questions we had before we arrived. The house is easy to find & check-in was a breeze. It had all the things we needed to make ourselves at home including a well laid-out kitchen area, utensils & some pantry essentials, a washing machine (no dryer but clothes lines on the back verandah) & even DVDs for a 5yo while dinner was made. There is also a BBQ which I didn't see mentioned in the amenities which was used on a couple of nights. Golden Beach was pretty quiet altho there were a few people at the beaches. They aren't really good for swimming out due to rips & quick drop-offs but nice for some time on the sand, paddling in the shallows or surfing. The town general store makes great old-style takeaway fish & chips, burgers, etc. & has very reasonably priced alcohol, food & household items. We thoroughly recommend it as a nice quiet place to get away to. Note: Reception on 4G phones was patchy & some days only the 5G phone worked.

Our stay at Louise’s place was perfect. It’s very convenient as it is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the pier. Louise was very prompt in replying to any messages I sent. The house was very clean and tidy. Thanks Louise.
